- Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order has been packed or shipped.

2. Return & Replacement Policy
In case of an exchange or return, customers are required to pay shipping charges for both returning the product and receiving the replacement item. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference or fragrance mismatch. However, we do accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:Eligible Return Reasons:
- You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product
- The product received is not what you ordered
Return Window:
- All return or replacement requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.
- Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
